Currently we are looking for individuals with the following specific areas of expertise: 

Project Manager/ Mechanical Engineer

A position is open for an ambitious mechanical engineer/ project manager with the ability to design air and water side HVAC systems, perform engineering calculations, write and prepare technical reports, specifications, perform energy modeling using industry standard software, coordinate with other disciplines/sub-consultants as well as manage projects and develop business.  Commissionning/ functional testing experience a plus.

Preferred candidates require:

  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor degree and PE a plus
  • Experience in delivering projects from concept through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Solid communication ability and technical writing skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Position may require travel.

Mechanical Engineer

A position is open for an ambitious mechanical engineer with the ability to design air and water side HVAC systems, perform engineering calculations, write and prepare technical reports, specifications, perform energy modeling using industry standard software, manage project teams, and coordinate with other disciplines/sub-consultants.  Commissionning/ functional testing experience a plus.

Preferred candidates require:

  • Bachelor degree and PE a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; REVIT experience a plus
  • Solid communication ability and technical writing skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Position may require travel

Building Automation System Design Engineer

A position is open for an ambitious Building Automation System Engineer with the ability to survey, document and design building control systems, including development of sequences of operation, points lists, control diagrams, network diagrams and system specifications. The successful candidate will have a familiarity with the control of chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, air handling units, pumps, generators, exhaust fans and other building systems and equipment.

Preferred candidates require:

  • 7+ years of experience in the design of Building Automation Systems supporting Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, and Residential projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree and PE are a plus
  • Solid communication ability and technical writing skills
  • Ability to read and understand building drawings, specifications, and equipment submittals.
  • Ability to perform functional testing of building controls systems. Familiarity with building system commissioning processes is a plus.
  • Sufficient knowledge in the use of AutoCad in order to prepare contract documents suitable for bid and construction. Knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Electrical Engineer

A position is open for an ambitious electrical engineer with experience in a project leadership role and the ability to design lighting, power and fire alarm systems for buildings. This person must have familiarity with commercial, education, health care, mission critical, pharmaceutical, retail and multi-family residential sectors. Commissionning/ functional testing experience a plus.

Preferred candidates require:

  • 4+ years of experience in project leadership role
  • Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
  • PE license a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; REVIT experience a plus
  • Solid communication ability and technical writing skills
  • Excellent customer service 
  • Position may require travel

Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer

A position is open for a plumbing designer or engineer proficient in the design of sanitary, vent, domestic hot and cold water systems. Candidates must be knowledgeable in medical gases, kitchen plumbing design and sprinkler systems including fire pumps and clean agent systems.

Preferred candidates require:

  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor degree and PE a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; REVIT experience a plus
  • Experience in delivering projects from concept through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Solid communication ability and technical writing skills
  • Excellent customer service
